Gladys has worked with Dr. Caldwell since 2004.  She's a 1984 graduate of Petersburg High School and a 2000 graduate of Centura College.  She's a divorced mother of two daughters and the grandmother of five.  Her previous employment was at The Father's House Child Development Center as a K-4 teacher.  Her love is helping people, especially children.
